Type of Material used to making Danbury Modern Brazilian Pop Top Canvas.
For printed patterns:
Odyssey as standard - This is impregnation coated, 100% polyester ideal for pop top roofs, it features high strength, dimensional stability, abrasion, mildew and ultra-violet resistance. It also boasts a high degree of water resistance and is used on many other outdoor applications and is often used in the marine industry for boat covers.
StormGuard Pro Upgrade - is a heavy-duty woven fabric designed to withstand tough of conditions. Double the thickness of Odyssey and coated on both sides this enhances water resistance and abrasion resistance further ensures that it can handle moisture and rough use without compromising its integrity to your pop top canvas.
For plain colours:
WeatherMax - This is 100% Solution-dyed Satura® material, it is a highly breathable and flexible material, the fabric is double strength and twice as durable over Acrylic materials whilst boasting 6 times abrasion resistance. This material like the Odyssey is used on many other outdoor applications including awnings for restaurants to us for marine covers in the military.
Please be aware that these pop tops are made to order and are sold as bespoke items for your vehicle, we cannot accept returns or refunds for colour matching and for purchasing the incorrect pop top canvas. If you are unsure of what Pop Top Roof you have please send us images of your vehicle so we can help to advise what roof conversion you have. If we are not 100% of what conversion you have we will still be able to supply you with a pop top canvas but will ideally need measurements and your old canvas.
