How Do I Order?

To place an order navigate to your chosen product type, choose your style option and where required make any other selections.

When the 'Buy' button is clicked you will be directed to the shopping cart where further items may be added. Once you have everything you need then proceed to the checkout.

How Long Does it Take To Make My Order?

For items we make it typically it takes about 3 weeks, this allows time for us to get the fabric printed with you chosen design and colour. For the inks to set onto the fabric and to manufacture the final product.

Will the colour match what i see on my screen?

We have tried our best best to make sure that the colours we show on our website replicate the actual colour, but please note that different screens can show different colours.

Do you have any advice on choosing a colour?

For our printed products (roof canopies, sun canopies, curtains, bunks) although the finish is the same for all colours and designs. Choosing lighter colours and/or designs with a great pattern will appear to have a better finish and will look smarter for much longer.

You don't have the colour I want, can I choose my own?

Yes you can, we can print the canopies in any colour you wish. We print using pantone colours, you can provide us with pantone colour codes are supply a swatch of the colour you are after and we will find the pantone colour. The cost of choosing your own colours is an additional £25.

But please note that because of variations in printing, there can be slight changes in colour.

Can I choose my own design?

Yes you can, we can print any design you wish, the cost of doing so varies depending on the design, but starts from £40. Please email us for details and costs.

Can you fit the parts I order from you?

Yes we do fit that we supply, we would need the vehicle delivered to our premises in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. For fitting times and cost please email us.

I have tried calling, why aren't you answering the phone?

Here at ProudtoPop we are a small operation, this often means that if we busy making products for our customers we are unable to answer the phones. Please leave us a message or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Do you have a shop we can visit?

We operate out of the premises of TridentUK, they have a shop but we don't. But you can certainly come a visit us here and talk face to face about your requirements. It is worth booking an appointment first though to make sure there is someone here to meet you.

How will my order be delivered?

We currently ship our orders using DHL, DX or Royal Mail. It is possible to have your order left with a neighbour (just give us your special instructions in the checkout), or have your order delivered to a separate address (eg. work or parents)
