Understand your options: Fabrics, Colours and Patterns

Fabrics

We use 4 different fabrics for our Pop Tops depending on your requirements.

Printed PVC

As Standard to the T2 pop tops like the original Devon pop tops and other conversions from this time era we use white PVC coated material that has a pattern printed onto it. We currently use ‘Ultima® Supreme FL’ which is one of the strongest, smoothest, most versatile 15 oz materials in the industry. The combination of strength and versatility make it an excellent choice for printers looking for a strong, high-quality, cross functional substrate. Commonly used for high stress banners/billboards and trucks. This material is ideal for our pop top roofs applications. It also keeps within with the retro feel of the T2 pop top roof look. The seams are HF welded to make it a 100% waterproof product.

Solid Coloured PVC

Very Similar to Printed PVC this material is Shiny Fire Retardant 580 GMS. The pop tops are manufactured the same way as the Printed PVC and also HF Welded to ensure that it is 100% waterproof.

Printed Odyssey

This is impregnation coated, 100% polyester ideal for pop top roofs, it features high strength, dimensional stability, abrasion, mildew and ultra-violet resistance. It also boasts a high degree of water resistance and is used on many other outdoor applications and is often used in the marine industry for boat covers.

WeatherMAX

This is 100% Solution-dyed Satura® material, it is a highly breathable and flexible material, the fabric is double strength and twice as durable over Acrylic materials whilst boasting 6 times abrasion resistance. This material like the Odyssey is used on many other outdoor applications including awnings for restaurants to us for marine covers in the military.

Colours

Colour options depends on the fabric chosen.
